Pollack Addresses Excavation Tax Issues in Aggregates Manager Magazine

In the magazine's special section titled "Ways to Excavate Economically," Pollack discussed possible tax laws and tax implications of particular excavation methods.
The Aggregates Manager section focused on technology trends in excavation methods, increased productivity resulting from new equipment and tax issues.
"Understanding excavation taxes and their application to business can greatly help aggregate producers and excavation companies in planning for tax liabilities," said Pollack. "And, this planning can help manage and anticipate operating expenses, properly adjust pricing, and minimize costly and distracting abatement litigation."
