Kroll Moderates Panel Discussion at the NH BIA's 2007 Energy Seminar

CONCORD, NH — Heidi Kroll, market and policy analyst at law firm Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C., recently moderated a panel at the Business and Industry Association’s 2007 NH Energy Seminar. Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell was a sponsor and an exhibitor at the event.

The panel was comprised of representatives from the N.H. Department of Resources and Economic Development, USource, EnerNOC, and Constellation NewEnergy, all of whom shared practical advice on how businesses can save money, reduce and manage energy use, improve day-to-day operations, and enhance environmental stewardship. Panelists discussed various programs and customer choices related to renewable power, demand response, energy efficiency, competitive procurement, and low-interest loans.

The energy seminar, held on November 20th, focused on educating New Hampshire businesses about the many tools and options available to them to help manage their energy bills and meet New Hampshire’s future energy challenges.

Governor Lynch’s goal for 25% of New Hampshire's energy to be derived from clean, renewable resources by 2025 was the topic of the afternoon session. Governor Lynch spoke at the start of the seminar and encouraged New Hampshire businesses and residents to continue efforts to keep the state at the forefront of energy and environmental accomplishments.
