New Hampshire Bar Association Honors Funk

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Bar Association recently honored W. John Funk, Esq. of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell as an Honorary Fellow at its annual Fellows Reception. Funk was recognized for his many years of work with the NH Bar Foundation and his efforts to provide legal services to assist the poor in New Hampshire. Attorney Funk currently serves as Co-Chair of the Legal Services Campaign, a program to raise funds for New Hampshire Legal Assistance, the Legal Advice and Referral Center and the NH Bar Association’s Pro Bono Program

Attorney Funk is a shareholder and director of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, and has been practicing law for over 30 years with extensive experience in the government and private sectors. He has been engaged in a general business practice with specialties in financial services law and timeshare law. In addition, he is chairman of the Board of Directors of New Hampshire Legal Assistance and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Legal Advice and Referral Center. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Town of Gilmanton Planning Board and Chairman of the Gilmanton Historic District Commission.
