Funk Receives Public Service Award from NH Bar
CONCORD, NH - W. John Funk, an attorney with Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, Concord, was honored recently by the New Hampshire Bar Association with the Distinguished Service to the Public Award. The award recognizes Funk for his extensive
public service on behalf of the administration of justice.
The award was presented by New Hampshire Bar President Peter Hutchins and New Hampshire Supreme Court Associate Justice John T. Broderick, Jr., at the association's mid-year meeting.
W. John Funk has been practicing law for over 25 years with extensive experience in the government and private sectors. John has been chosen among the "Best Lawyers in America" for the excellence of his work. He actively participates in the drafting and passage of laws and regulations in the financial services and timeshare areas. John also has extensive experience representing financial services companies regarding their business activities, regulatory matters, corporate affairs and mergers and acquisitions.
