Pollack Selected to Participate in National Land Use Program

CONCORD, NH - Ari Pollack, Esq. of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell was recently selected as a member of the National Home Builders Association’s Legal Action Network for Development Strategies (LANDS) program.

The LANDS program provides for networking and education for land use and environmental attorneys to secure better decisions nationwide from courts and government agencies that control the use of private land. Attorney Pollack is one of approximately 250 attorneys in the country selected to participate in the program.

“With the increasing attention focused on land use issues in New Hampshire and around the country, it is critical that developers and their legal representatives have access to the best information and strategies,” said Attorney Pollack. “I appreciate the opportunity to participate in this program and to offer this important tool to our clients.”
