Land Use Seminars Cover On Site Plan Approvals and Current Use Taxes

CONCORD, NH – More than 70 real estate developers, consultants and others attended Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell’s recent Land Use Seminars series at the law firm’s offices in Concord, New Hampshire. Collectively, the three seminars covered six topics designed to update attendees on regulatory and tax laws on a wide range of land use issues including excavation permitting, growth ordinances and impact fees, and land sale approvals.

The most recent seminar included presentations by Attorney Donald Gartrell titled “Tips for Subdivision/Site Plan Approvals” and by Attorney Michael Ruedig titled “Understanding Current Use Taxation and Other Tax Issues Affecting Development.” Presentations from these and prior presentations in the series are available on the firm’s web site in the “download library” at gcglaw.com/downloads.

Attorney Ari Pollack, who organized the series, cites seminar co-sponsors — North American Reserve, Associated General Contractors of NH and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH — as key contributors. “Their participation and assistance were major factors in the success of the series and we look forward to working with these organizations on future events.”

For more information on the seminars or other land use issues please contact Attorney Ari Pollack at (800) 528-1181.
