Land Use Seminars Continue for NH Developers and Contractors

CONCORD, NH – Tax abatement strategies, wetlands banking, and real estate transfer liability will be among the topics covered by Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell’s land use work group at its upcoming breakfast seminar series. This second round of seminars, which is being co-hosted by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH, will include three morning seminars covering a variety of land use issues effecting real estate developers, builders and other land use professionals.

“Cell Tower Leases? Revenue Options for Property Owners”

Each breakfast seminar will be held from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, 214 N. Main Street, Concord, New Hampshire.
