Land Use Seminar Series Continues in Concord
CONCORD, NH – This fall, Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PA, along with the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of NH, will host a series of free, breakfast seminars for developers, contractors and land use professionals.
All seminars will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the law firm's Concord office.
On Friday, October 15, 2004, the topics presented will be: "Buying and Selling Contaminated Properties" by Ari B. Pollack, and "Developing Shoreland Properties and the Basics of Docking Rights" by James D. Kerouac and Paul A. Worsowicz.
On Friday, October 29, 2004, Michael D. Ruedig and Donald E. Gartrell will present "Assessing Betterments Under the Land Use Change Tax: Woodview Dev. Corp. v. Pelham," and Donald R. Saxon will present "Exchanges of Like-Kind Properties Under Section 1031."
On Friday, November 19, 2004, Andrew B. Eills presents "Recent Supreme Court Changes to N.H. Variance Standards," and Walter L. Maroney presents "Working with Lenders: A Developer's Checklist."
