Attorney Pollack Addresses New Hampshire Bankers Association Annual Conference

CONCORD, NH – Ari Pollack, Esq. of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.A. recently spoke at the 17th Annual Compliance Conference of the New Hampshire Bankers Association in Meredith, New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Bankers Association is a statewide, not for profit trade association focused on promoting the education of banking professionals and the general welfare of the banking industry in New Hampshire. Pollack’s presentation addressed the issues surrounding attachments, liens, and subpoenas, and the responsibilities of financial institutions in regards to legal compliance and reporting.
