Associate Attorney Peter Cline Joins Firm

CONCORD, NH - Peter Cline has joined the Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell law firm as an associate attorney. Peter's practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with capital formation, regulatory issues and general corporate matters.

Peter has extensive experience in venture financing including deal structuring and the formation of venture funds. Prior to joining the firm, he advised a state economic development agency on the formation of a regional venture capital fund to provide expansion capital to high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Previously, he worked at a New Hampshire based venture capital fund providing capital to early and late stage companies.

Peter also has experience in private practice and served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
