Pfundstein Addresses AASCIF National Forum; Briefs CEOs on Business Develoment and Regulatory Planning Strategies

CONCORD, NH -- Donald Pfundstein, Esq. of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell recently spoke at the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) annual conference in Phoenix, Arizona. AASCIF is a national association of workers' compensation insurance companies from 27 states, and includes workers' compensation boards from Canada's twelve provinces.

Pfundstein's presentation to AASCIF's CEO Panel focused on interstate business development. Titled "Strategic Regulatory Planning," he used the recent New Hampshire licensing hearings on MEMIC Indemnity to demonstrate how senior executives could develop and implement strategic regulatory planning for business development.

Attorney Pfundstein is a managing director of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell. His practice focuses on the regulated industries as they evolve in the competitive marketplace and includes representation before the State Legislature and various Executive Branch Agencies. He formerly served as legal counsel to the New Hampshire State Senate.
