Dodd Griffith Is Contributor To Venture Capital Encyclopedia

CONCORD, NH — Dodd S. Griffith, shareholder-director with law firm Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, has been selected as a contributing editor of The Encyclopedia of Private Equity and Venture Capital, published by VC Experts.

The 4,000 page encyclopedia combines substantive commentary on the private equity and venture capital industries with online learning courses and tools at VCExperts.com. Griffith has contributed to sections covering equity compensation plans for LLCs, and equity incentive plans using restricted stock and stock options.

Attorney Griffith represents established and start-up businesses on corporate and securities matters, and advises investors and lenders on private equity investments and complex commercial lending transactions. He serves on the Governor's Capital Formation Advisory Group.
