Attorneys Funk and White Lead Webcast on Federal Law Changes in Data Mining

CONCORD, NH – John Funk, Esq. and Ingrid White, Esq. of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell will provide legal expertise on the use of data mining within the framework of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act as part of a national educational webcast for financial service marketers. The July 23rd webcast, Data Mining from Check Image Data, will examine recent changes consumer banking regulations.
