Peter Cline advises business clients at all stages of development on a variety of matters, including equity and debt financing, contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, securities, employment contracts, regulatory matters, and general corporate and commercial law. In addition, he advises his technology and intellectual capital based clients on a range of intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright registration, protection of trade secrets, website development and the licensing of intellectual property.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter advised a state economic development agency on the formation of a regional venture capital fund to provide expansion capital to high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Previously, he worked as an investment professional at a venture capital firm providing growth capital to early and late stage companies.
Peter served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Supreme Court following his graduation from the Franklin Pierce Law Center. He holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
