Samantha Elliott is a member of our litigation team. Samantha's litigation practice is focused primarily on municipal defense in civil rights and employment litigation. She is also involved in business and commercial litigation, property rights disputes, and divorce work. Samantha is currently on the boards of the Merrimack County Bar Association and the Woodside School.
Before joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, Samantha interned with the litigation departments of two New York City law firms. Prior to law school, she worked in the editorial field of magazine publishing, including a two-year stint at TV Guide fact-checking and editing articles about popular entertainment. During her free time, Samantha enjoys cooking, knitting, and snowboarding.
Samantha is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Stone Scholar. She received her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University.
Attorney Elliott is a member of the New Hampshire Bar.
