Samantha Elliott is a member of our litigation team. Recently, Samantha's litigation practice has been focused primarily on municipal defense in civil rights litigation. Her practice also involves litigation relating to business and commercial disputes, property rights, and probate issues.
Samantha is named to the 2012 New England Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for General Litigation. She currently serves on the boards of New Hampshire Legal Assistance, the Merrimack County Bar Association, and the Woodside School. She is also a co-clerk/secretary of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section.
Before joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, Samantha interned with the litigation departments of two New York City law firms. Prior to law school, she worked in the editorial field of magazine publishing, including a two-year stint at TV Guide fact-checking and editing articles about popular entertainment.
Samantha is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Stone Scholar. She received her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University.
Attorney Elliott is a member of the New Hampshire Bar.
