Jeanne Herrick represents clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Jeanne's litigation practice ranges from representing contractors in construction disputes to businesses in employment matters to representing governmental entities in civil rights and municipal liability litigation. She also defends banks in consumer complaints and enforces creditors' rights in bankruptcy.
She is a member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court’s Rules Advisory Committee, the current chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association's Committee for Cooperation with the Courts, a member of the Red River Theatre’s Board of Trustees and is a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire's Class of 2008. Jeanne is also a member of DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar and the First Circuit Editor of DRI’s Daubert Online.
She is a former law clerk to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, most recently for Associate Justice James E. Duggan, and worked as staff attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender program. Jeanne was also an adjunct professor at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (Concord, New Hampshire) where she taught advanced legal writing.
Jeanne holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of New Hampshire, and is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center.
Attorney Herrick is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and the Massachusetts Bar.
