Hannah Irving conducts title searches in the state's registries of deeds and participates in and conducts real estate closings, attending to many post-closing details including preparation of title insurance policies. In addition, she participates in due dilligence requirements of transactions including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) searches and searches in various jurisdictions within New Hampshire. She also conducts research at various state agencies.
Hannah graduated from Colby-Sawyer College with a degree in biology. She received a certificate in paralegal studies from the New Hampshire Technical Institute in 1992.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys her camp in Clarksville, is a Granite State Ambassador, a member of the financial committee at her condominium, and a volunteer at the Capital Center for the Arts and the Emergency Cold Weather Shelter in Concord.
