Denis Maloney represents clients with complex corporate, securities and banking matters. His practice includes private equity placements and related federal and state securities filings and disclosure obligations, regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance and shareholder relations. He has experience counseling and representing clients in merger and acquisition and strategic alliances, including providing strategic advice regarding interrelated regulatory and compliance regimes. Denis also maintains an active practice forming and advising non-profit corporations.

Denis is a member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations, and as a member of the ABA’s section on Business Law. He has long served on the board of directors of Second Start, a Concord-area nonprofit providing alternative educational services. He is also a member of the board of directors of Community Colleges Foundation of New Hampshire, a financial supporter of the New Hampshire community colleges system.
Denis graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 1982 and from the College of the Holy Cross in 1975.
