Jan Myskowski has more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates and has developed an additional focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid.

An active member in the community and a leader in his profession, Jan is a board member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and an active member of the trusts and estates and elder law section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is also a founding board member and immediate past president of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In September 2009, he was elected to the Board of Granite State Independent Living. Jan is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Myskowski chaired the Trust and Estate Planning Group at Manchester law firm Wiggin & Nourie. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law, and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
