Cairns To Chair and Speak at Attorney-Conducted Voir Dire Program

CONCORD, NH — R. Matthew Cairns, litigation attorney at Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, is program chair and will speak at a one-day seminar entitled “Attorney-Conducted Voir Dire for the Defense Lawyer” on January 13th in Boston. The program is being sponsored by DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. Attorney Cairns will speak about using technology to prepare for and conduct effective voir dire to maximize results.

Attorney Cairns represents the interests of individuals, insurers, manufacturers, transportation and other companies in diverse commercial, complex and traditional litigation matters in all state and federal courts and state agencies. He serves as general counsel to several closely held businesses in New Hampshire and is also experienced in general corporate and municipal representation, and risk management training.
