Attorneys Deragon and Bauer Author NH Chapter on Employment at Will

CONCORD, NH — Attorneys Beth Deragon and Charles Bauer of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PC, are contributing authors of Employment at Will: A State-by-state Survey (BNA Books 2011). The treatise was compiled by the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law. Deragon and Bauer contributed the chapter on New Hampshire laws covering topics such as: employment contracts (handbooks and oral assurances), implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, public policy exception, burdens of proof, related torts, statutes of limitations, statue of frauds, and other relevant statutes.
