Myskowski Presents on Federal Estate Tax

CONCORD, NH — Jan Myskowski, trust and estate lawyer at Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell P.C., will participate in a January 7th panel presentation on the current status of the federal estate tax. Attorney Myskowski will present at a joint meeting of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Tax Section and Elder Law Estate Planning and Probate Section. Attorney Myskowski has more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates and has developed an additional focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid.
