CONCORD, NH — Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PC, is pleased to announce that Attorney Jan Myskowski was elected to the Board of Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) on September 17th. GSIL is a statewide nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote life with independence for people with disabilities and those experiencing the natural process of aging through advocacy, information, education and support.
Attorney Myskowski has more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates and has developed an additional focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid. He is a leader in his profession and an active member in the community.
