The Standard Quotes Pfundstein on Ammended NH Insurance Bill

CONCORD, NH – Attorney Donald Pfundstein was asked to comment on the amended New Hampshire Senate Bill 188 by insurance industry weekly newsletter, The Standard.

Pfundstein, who was asked to comment on the bill's amendments said that the "original bill is not about the consumer; it's about money and leverage." The amended bill provides the Insurance Department with the ability to help consumers, "instead of encouraging litigation." Pfundstein added, that the amended bill is "focused on the consumer as opposed to the trial bar."
