Jan Myskowski Joins
Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell

CONCORD, NH —Gallagher Callahan & Gartrell PC is pleased to announce that Jan P. Myskowski has joined the firm as Shareholder-Director.

Attorney Myskowski brings to the firm more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates with a special focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust adminstration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid.

Prior to joining the firm, Myskowski chaired the Trust and Estate Planning Group at Manchester law firm Wiggin & Nourie. He is a board member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and an active member of the trusts and estates and elder law sections of the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association.

Admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Myskowski is a graduate of the College of William & Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law, and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
