Attorney Deragon Speaks at National USLAW Conference on Employee Leaves of Absence

CONCORD, NH — Attorney Beth Deragon of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PC, is an invited speaker at the Fall 2011 USLAW Network Client Conference and will be discussing issues regarding employee leaves of absence – interplay between FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation and company leave policies. Attorney Deragon is a trial attorney leading GCG’s employment practice group where her practice focuses on counseling businesses in employment matter.
