Myskowski Presents at New Hampshire Elder Law Program

CONCORD, NH — Attorney Jan Myskowski will present on estate planning and Medicaid issues at the New Hampshire Bar Association’s December 4th CLE, “Elder Law in New Hampshire.”  Myskowski’s presentation will include a review of irrevocable trusts and life estates, as well as Medicaid applications and administrative appeals. Attorney Myskowski has more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates and has developed an additional focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid. Myskowski is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
