Beth Deragon, Employment and Immigration Attorney, Joins Firm

CONCORD, NH — Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell PC is pleased to announce that Attorney Beth A. Deragon has joined the firm.

Attorney Deragon's practice centers around employment and immigration law. She assists business with issues such as hiring, employee discipline, termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes and the full range of immigration matters. In addition she represents businesses in employment litigation.

Attorney Deragon is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and speaks fluent Russian. She is also a member of the New Hampshire/Vologda Russia Committee of the Russian American Rule of Law Consortium, which sponsors exchanges between the Russian and American legal communities.

Before joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, she was an associate with the law firm of Upton & Hatfield. She is a graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center. She received a master of arts degree from the University of Birmingham, UK, and she received a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire.
