CONCORD, NH — NH trust and estate attorney Jan Myskowski, a Shareholder-Director at Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell, P.C., is one of five distinguished faculty who will participate in a one-day seminar “Drafting and Administering Special Needs Trusts.” Attorney Myskowski will speak about special drafting considerations in the creation of special needs trusts. Jan Myskowski has more than 15 years experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates and has developed an additional focus on special needs and elder law. He represents high net worth individuals and elderly and disabled clients in matters of preservation and transfer of wealth, gift and estate tax planning, special needs trust planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and planning for public benefits such as Medicaid.
Attorney Myskowski is a member of the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Boston, and American bar Associations. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Myskowski chaired the trust and estate planning group at the Manchester law firm Wiggin & Nourie. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law, and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
