Attorney Deragon Presents on Workplace Violence at Public Risk Management Seminar

CONCORD, NH — Beth Deragon, an employment attorney, at Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, PC, presented an overview of the laws and responsibilities of employers relative to workplace violence as part of a half-day training session sponsored by the New Hampshire Public Risk Management Exchange (Primex3), held on December 15th, 2011. Attorney Deragon explained the liabilities associated with workplace violence and policies and practices for prevention and mitigation.
