Peter Cline is a member of the firm's multidisciplinary team assisting clients with capital formation, regulatory issues and general corporate matters.

Peter has extensive experience in venture financing including deal structuring and the formation of venture funds. Prior to joining the firm, Peter advised a state economic development agency on the formation of a regional venture capital fund to provide expansion capital to high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Previously, he worked at a New Hampshire based venture capital fund providing capital to early and late stage companies. In this role, Peter was responsible for generating deal flow and conducting investment analysis on companies serving a broad range of industries. Following investment, he worked with companies to help them achieve their financial and strategic goals. Peter was also responsible for handling various regulatory matters of the fund including compliance as a Small Business Investment Company under federal regulations.

Peter also has experience in private practice and served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Peter is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
