Heidi Kroll works in our Economic Analysis and Research
practice area on public policy issues and legislative
and regulatory matters related to energy, the environment,
business strategies, and economic and market trends.
Ms. Kroll has conducted a wide array of research projects
and analyses, ranging from impacts of energy and environmental
policies, changes in New Hampshire's tax structure,
hospital mergers and antitrust, market analyses for
affirmative action plans, and trends in independent
case management for in-home health care.
Prior to joining the firm, Heidi was an energy policy analyst in
The Governor's Office of Energy and Community Services.
She has also served as a research associate with Tellus Institute in Boston,
Massachusetts.
Heidi is a magna cum laude graduate of Smith College
where she received a bachelor of arts in
economics and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
