Donald R. Saxon practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning, business organizations and employee benefits. He is a member of the New Hampshire, Nevada and California Bars, past chair of the tax section of the New Hampshire Bar and a frequent lecturer and writer on taxation, estate planning and employee benefit issues. He has practiced tax and estate planning law since 1976.

Don received his bachelor of arts from San Francisco State University, his juris doctor from California Western University where he was a member of Law Review. He holds an L.L.M. degree in taxation from George Washington University. Don served in the United States Marine Corp and retired from the Marine Corps Reserves as a colonel.
