Anne G. Scheer

Anne G. Scheer represents both private and public sector
clients in all aspects of labor relations and employment
issues. Anne has represented clients in all areas of
union relations, including union elections, collective
bargaining, strikes, and grievance and arbitration proceedings.
She also assists clients with sexual harassment, employee
discipline and termination, and employment contract
issues. She formerly worked in and chaired the firm's
litigation department and has represented numerous clients
before New Hampshire state and federal courts, as well
as, the National Labor Relations Board and the New Hampshire
Labor Board.
Anne graduated cum laude from Keene State College, earned a master's degree from the University of New Hampshire, and graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve School of Law.
