Dana Scott works with clients in a broad range of industries, providing them with assistance in the areas of employee relations, training and development, orientation and recruitment. She advises clients on human resource and employee benefits issues including drafting and implementing personnel policies and handbooks and assisting employers with group health and 401(k) plan administration and compliance.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell, Dana was human resource director for Healthsource New Hampshire and vice president of corporate benefits and compensation for Amoskeag Bank. In addition, Dana has also served as trust employee benefits manager for several banks including Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the New England Employee Benefits Council.
