Antitrust & Economic Analysis
One of Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell's multidisciplinary strengths is our in-house capacity for antitrust and economic analysis and research. With the state's former antitrust counsel, an in-house economist and a full-time market and policy analyst on staff, GCG can provide legal and quantitative support to demonstrate the relationships between policy and regulatory scenarios and relevant markets. We can identify and analyze antitrust issues relating to market power and conduct.
We also perform economic and fiscal impact studies for both public and private concerns. The firm frequently partners with the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy and the Whittemore School Center for Business and Economic Research at the University of New Hampshire in the validation of these studies.
