W. John Funk, who heads this area of practice in the firm, served in the mid-1970's as chief of the Consumer Protection Bureau at the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and was the principal antitrust counsel for the state. He drafted the condominium law and vacation ownership laws that govern New Hampshire resorts and had the first experience in the State in regulating the vacation ownership business. Since then he has been in private practice at the firm. He has extensive knowledge of condominiums and vacation ownership law and practical experience in representing clients in all aspects of the resort business. He also is a recognized expert in finance and banking issues, who has represented numerous New Hampshire banks and other lending institutions.

Michael Ruedig was the principal antitrust counsel for the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office in the early 1980's and since joining the firm has developed expertise in the areas of real estate, commercial, corporate, technology and finance law representing a wide array of clients in a variety of transactions. He represents condominium and vacation ownership clients of the firm and has extensive knowledge of complex easement issues.
