Diane M. Majcher is a degreed paralegal with 35 years of experience in the legal and title profession with a concentration in real estate and a strong background in types of ownership interest, lien hold positions, easements, rights of ways, federal regulations and state laws relating to real estate. Diane’s work includes preparing title abstracts, reviewing plans, and analyzing title defects and appurtenant property research. She also drafts and reviews conveyancing documents such as closing statements, deeds, and affidavits. In addition, Diane prepares title insurance policies and other pertinent documentation for real estate transactions.
Diane is commissioned as a justice of the peace by the State of New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor’s degree in prelaw/paralegal studies from Rivier College.
