Robert’s diverse practice is centered on administrative law, with an emphasis in the financial and insurance industries, land use and development, and government relations, including associated litigation and appellate advocacy. His experience in these areas enables him to provide strategic guidance in assisting clients to navigate and craft solutions to multifaceted legal challenges.

Robert is selected as a top administrative law attorney in Concord, NH, by Super Lawyers® with a Rising Stars designation for 2017-2021 and was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for Concord, NH in Government Relations Practice.

He routinely represents clients before state and federal agencies, municipal boards, and the New Hampshire legislature, and has prevailed in resolving disputes at all levels of the NH judiciary, and before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, First Circuit Court of Appeals, and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Robert graduated with honors from Colgate University and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Board. Robert is a past trustee of the Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner, NH.

Robert is admitted to the New Hampshire Supreme Court, United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
