Samantha Elliott is the firm’s Immediate Past President and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She is a member of our litigation team. Samantha’s practice focuses on business and commercial disputes, employment and discrimination, product liability, property rights, and municipal defense in civil rights litigation. She has successfully represented clients in litigation, trials, and appeals in every New Hampshire state court, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Samantha is selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the areas of Appellate Practice and Commercial Litigation, and was named to the 2020 New England Super Lawyers® list for General Litigation. She is a Co-Chair of the founding board of 603 Legal Aid, after serving in various capacities as a member of the boards of New Hampshire Legal Assistance and the Legal Advice and Referral Center since 2011. Samantha serves as the lawyer representative on the New Hampshire Court Accreditation Commission and serves on the Federal Court Advisory Committee.
Before joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, Samantha interned with the litigation departments of two New York City law firms. Prior to law school, she worked in the editorial field of magazine publishing, including a two-year stint at TV Guide fact-checking and editing articles about popular entertainment.
Samantha is a graduate of Columbia Law School. She received her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University.
Samantha is admitted in New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.
