GCG Attorneys To Present at NH/VT Banking Compliance Conference

CONCORD, NH — Susan Hollinger, Robert Dietel, and Erik Moskowitz – banking, corporate and litigation attorneys with Gallagher, Callahan and Gartrell – will present at the 24th Annual Compliance Conference sponsored by the New Hampshire Bankers Association and co-sponsored by the Vermont Bankers Association.

Attorneys Hollinger and Dietel will speak about response procedures and notice requirements when a breach in data security occurs. Attorney Moskowitz will discuss when and how financial institutions should respond to subpoenas and writs. The presentations are part of the Bankers Associations’ two-day conference being held on May 18th and 19th in Concord, New Hampshire.

Susan Hollinger practices banking, real estate and business law on a full range of issues primarily related to the financial services industry, with an emphasis on regulatory matters and transactional work. Attorney Hollinger is involved with privacy issues involving financial institutions, complex commercial loan transactions and loan workouts, de novo bank formations, bank mergers, consolidations, branch bank and insurance agency acquisitions, real estate issues impacting entities, including banks and charitable trusts, non-bank lending and insurance licensing in New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.
