Dodd Griffith Earns LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law

CONCORD, NH — Gallagher Callahan & Gartrell is pleased to announce that Dodd Griffith has been awarded a master of laws degree (LL.M.) from Boston University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program.

Attorney Griffith serves as the practice group leader for Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell’s Corporate, Finance and Tax Practice, and advises clients on debt and equity financing transactions, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and general corporate and securities matters.

Much of his tax-related work relates to the organization and structure of investment entities, the preparation of non-qualified deferred compensation plans and agreements for directors and senior executives of financial institutions, the structure and implementation of equity compensation plans, and the structure, implementation and operation of qualified and non-qualified pension and benefit plans.

He has also represented clients in a variety of New Markets Tax Credit transactions, historic tax credit transactions, and industrial revenue bond financing transactions.

Dodd is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Vanderbilt University School of Law.
