Ari represents business, construction, land use development, and environmental clients on a variety of land use permitting, development, environmental, and litigation matters.
Ari continues to be selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Concord, NH for Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning Law and Litigation – Land Use and Zoning. He has been selected by Best Lawyers® as Concord’s 2015 “Lawyer of the Year” for Real Estate Law, and Concord’s “Lawyer of the Year” for Land Use and Zoning Law for the 2024, 2021, 2017 and 2013 editions. He is also listed in Concord, NH by Super Lawyers® for Land Use/Zoning since 2016. Ari was among the New Hampshire Union Leader’s 2012 “40 Under 40” class and among NH Business Review’s New Hampshire 200 which spotlights the 200 most influential business leaders in the Granite State’s private sector.
Ari has managed the negotiation and closing of several commercial asset sales and purchases while leading the processing of various state and municipal development, environmental, and excavation permit applications.
He represents clients in all phases of construction, permitting, land use law and Real Estate development, including mixed-use development, conceptual business and development planning, contractual negotiations, and the retention of qualified land use and environmental experts.
Ari also was involved in acquiring rights of way for a natural gas pipeline through negotiation and federal condemnation.
Through the firm, he is a past chairman and former member of the National Association of Home Builders. He served on the National Association of Home Builders Legal Action Committee.
Ari is a former president of the law firm and serves on its management committee. He is a former commissioner and past-chairman of the board of commissioners of the Concord Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Ari is the Chair-Elect for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, is a member of its Executive Committee, and a current Director, and has served as Chairman of its Government Affairs Committee. He was a member of Concord 2020, a community advisory group dedicated to improving the workability and livability of the City of Concord.
Ari graduated from Colgate University in 1994 and Boston University School of Law in 1997.
Ari is admitted in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
