Donald Pfundstein is the former legal counsel to the New Hampshire State Senate. He continues to be selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Concord, NH for Administrative/Regulatory Law, Insurance Law, Energy Law, Government Relations, Banking and Finance Law, and Financial Services Regulation Law. He was recognized by Best Lawyers® as Concord’s “Lawyer of the Year” in Insurance Law in the 2026, 2020, and 2017 editions, in addition to being named by Best Lawyers® as Concord’s “Lawyer of the Year” in Government Relations in the 2024, 2022, 2018, 2016 and 2013 editions. He has practiced law for over 40 years.

Don graduated from Albany Law School of Union University. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science, magna cum laude, from St. Michael’s College. He studied political thought at McGill University.

Donald is admitted in New Hampshire’s state and federal courts.
