Kelly’s responsibilities are concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, land use disputes, and development permitting. She assists the firm’s attorneys in delivering legal services in an efficient and cost-effective manner in real estate matters. Her experience includes title searches, abstract drafting, business formations, DRA filings, municipal permitting, and researching road law. Kelly joined the firm in 2022.

Kelly received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Worcester State College. She is a commissioned Notary Public by the State of New Hampshire.
