Robert Dietel Elected Shareholder-Director

CONCORD, NH — Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell is pleased to announce that Robert Dietel has been elected a Shareholder-Director of the firm.

Attorney Dietel’s diverse practice is centered on administrative law, with an emphasis in the financial and insurance industries, land use and development, and government relations, including associated litigation and appellate advocacy. His experience in these areas enables him to provide strategic guidance in assisting clients to navigate and craft solutions to multifaceted legal challenges. He routinely represents clients before state and federal agencies, municipal boards, and the New Hampshire legislature, and has prevailed in resolving disputes at all levels of the NH judiciary, and before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, First Circuit Court of Appeals, and Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Robert graduated with honors from Colgate University and earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Board. Robert is a past trustee of the Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner, NH.
