Adam Woods is an attorney with the firm’s litigation team. His practice concentrates on municipal defense in civil rights litigation, defense of medical malpractice claims, business and commercial disputes, and property disputes.
Before joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C., Adam worked as a prosecutor in the Criminal Justice Bureau of the New Hampshire Department of Justice. As a prosecutor, Adam served as lead counsel in many high-profile, complex matters including homicide, sexual assault, financial crimes, and property cases in courts throughout New Hampshire. Based on this experience, Adam is highly-skilled in handling complex litigation matters for his clients and the ability to work with his clients to achieve their goals.
Adam earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, and earned his B.A. in political science and justice studies from the University of New Hampshire.
Adam is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New Hampshire.
